Chayah Decatur is committed to providing a peaceful atmosphere that ensures the highest respect and courtesy toward one another.
Please do not bring/use electronic devises such as PDA's, cell phones or laptops. Cell phone use is of course allowed when needed and in cases of emergency.
Guests must refrain from intimate behavior or any behavior of a sexual nature.
The building offers free parking and there are showers in the public bathrooms. Please use the showers at your own discretion. Towels and toiletries are not provided by Chayah Decatur.
Please leave the room tidy for the next client.
Chayah Decatur is provided to help you build a healthy spirit, mind and body; the use, sale, dispensing or possession of illegal drugs or narcotics, or the use of alcohol on Chayah Decatur premises is prohibited.
Please do not remove books, cds or any other equiptment from the room.
Bookings must be paid for in advance.
Cancellation must be given within 48 hours. Refunds are given minus a 10% service for all cancellations. No exceptions.
The full registration fee is retained by Chayah Decatur for all no-shows. No exceptions.
Individuals are expected to:
Uphold the Chayah Decatur core values of respect, responsibility, honesty, caring, faith, harmony and peace.
Provide an atmosphere free of derogatory or unwelcome comments, conduct or actions of a sexual nature, or actions based on an individual's sex, race, ethnicity, age, religion, disability, sexual orientation or any other legally protected status
The following will NOT be tolerated at the Chayah Decatur facility:
Abusive, harassing and/or obscene language or gestures
Threats of harm, physical aggression or violent acts
Weapons of any kind
Smoking
Damaging or defacing the property
Possession, sale, use or being under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs
Offensive and unlawful conduct
Individuals who experience or observe inappropriate conduct are encouraged to promptly report their concern to the staff. Every effort will be made to ensure that reports are investigated and resolved promptly and effectively.
Failure to follow this code of conduct will result in disciplinary actions, which may include immediate eviction from the premises, loss of privileges, suspension or expulsion. The staff may contact security, police or other authorities for assistance or to take appropriate legal action.
