to keep the premises clean at all times while in use and will not in any manner
deface or damage the premises or any part thereof.
to leave the premises in a neat and clean condition at the end of his/her appointment time.
to make no alterations to the Premises.
that hours are booked only when reserved. No block of hours may be reserved without a paid reservation.
to save Chayah Decatur harmless from any and all loss, claims, damage and liability to any person or property
occurring upon or about the premises from any cause whatsoever.
to use the Premises as specified, and shall not use or permit the Premises to be used for any other purpose.
not to cause any public or private nuisance or other act that may disturb the quiet enjoyment of any other tenants.
